Step-by-Step Guide to Your Vehicle Import Journey
We make importing a vehicle from Singapore simple and seamless. Here's how it works:
Browse our inventory or let us help you source the perfect 10-year-old vehicle from Singapore
Contact us to confirm availability, condition, and any customization or add-on requests.
We'll issue a detailed invoice outlining the total cost and terms.
Complete payment and provide proof of transfer or bank acknowledgement.
Once payment is received, we secure and confirm your shipping schedule.
Your vehicle is loaded, secured, and begins its journey to your destination port.
We'll share all shipping documents for your review and confirmation.
Use the documents to clear the vehicle through customs at your destination.
Once cleared, the vehicle is ready for local delivery or registration (we assist for NZ/UK).
We do our best to be 100% transparent about each car's condition before you commit. Every buyer receives full details, pictures, and video walkthroughs before purchase. However, please take note:
Small dents, scratches, and cosmetic wear may happen during shipping and are part of the risk when buying affordable, 10-year-old vehicles.
Flat batteries, minor electrical issues, or non-starts can also happen after a long sea journey and aren't covered.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues outside of these, but we're always happy to advise on local solutions.
No Cancellations
Once an order is placed and confirmed, we do not allow cancellations, so please review all details carefully.
Price Changes
Prices may change slightly depending on shipping schedules or changes from our suppliers—if that happens, we'll always notify you before proceeding.
Full Refund Policy
If we are unable to supply a product or if it becomes unavailable, we'll refund you in full.
We know importing a car is a big decision, and we treat every order like a relationship—not just a sale. Our goal is to build long-term trust with our customers by being honest, responsive, and reliable.
If there's ever an issue, just talk to us. We're here to help wherever we can.
